Now that Spring and Summer are just around the corner, it’s time for our trusty and comfy sandals to hit the streets, parks and beaches once more! For women looking for luxurious sandals without sacrificing comfort and style, Hermes might just do you favor with its Kala Nera sandals and Corfou sandals.
The Kala Nera is a ladies’ sandal with H canvas strap, paired with the famous “Chaine d’Ancre” link and has white and black rubber sole. It is available in 4 shades: carbon/blue, carbon/red, carbon/corneline orange/corneline orange/black, and carbon/celadon green. We love the black and white polka dotted straps and the Hermes engraving on the soles.
The Kala Nera is priced $430 USD via Hermes boutique.
The Korfu Sandals on the other hand is more luxurious for it is made from Epsom calfskin with palladium plated “Mini dog” buckle plus leather lining. There is also a great line of colors that you can choose from: curacao, natural/white, pink gold, red, black/lazulite, and Miami multicolor.
We love the studs and the “Mini Dog” buckle designs on the Korfu Sandals, just the right amount of embellishments for this simple sandals. It is priced $830 USD via Hermes boutique.

All right then, I cannot deny, the Chanel CC Espadrilles are hot. They are so hot that they were literally sold-out immediately after the launch. All Chanel-fans were screaming for a pair.
But perhaps because it was summer and everyone need some comfy shoes. All the ladies that bought a pair of Espadrilles, all of them told me that they loved it. So it’s a must have.
And how about the latest Chanel Slippers from the Cruise 2015 Collection, oh I love these too. They are, how to put it? Different! With ‘tweed’ finishing on the top and open on the back, you need to tie it with little golden strings. It comes with a 10 mm heel, also made in golden hardware. Compare to the Chanel CC Espadrilles, these newest slippers feel a bit more luxurious.
But for those that love to wear slippers at work or if you need a pair to match your formal clothing (or for the business occasions), then take them in ‘suede’. They are available in ‘easy-to-match’ colors like beige and black.
Now I do not know the prices yet, but if I can get more information, we will keep you informed. So what do you think? These Chanel Slippers or the CC Espadrilles?

Christian Louboutin So Kate 120 Pumps in Rainbow Python
When I first saw these Christian Louboutin So Kate 120 Pumps in Rainbow Python I fell in love with them. Not only are they one of his most famous and sexiest shoe shapes, but the ombre rainbow is beautiful. They have an almost metallic like finish to them and I can imagine these brightening up any outfit!
These So Kate’s feature a 120mm heel which is around 5 inches in height and the colour is called Capucine. They are made from python skin in Italy, so the price is quite a bit more compared to his normal shoes. I wouldn’t personally wear them due to the material as I much prefer leather, but I’m sure those of you who are fans will look gorgeous! What do you think of them? Let us here at Fashion Runway Blog know!

8 Of The Most Expensive High Tops This Season
Every self respecting wardrobe should have at least one decent pair of sneakers nestled inside it. I’m not talking about the overly colourful beaten up pair you wear to the gym, but rather the more subtle and stylish sneakers more akin to adding that special casual touch to an outfit. And with each passing year, there are even more upcoming brands joining the well established designers, adding to the sea of this over flowing market, but this just gives consumers like us even more ways to part with our hard earned cash. With the popularity soaring even amongst the high end fashion houses, this in turn has been pushing the prices up of a lot of sneakers, with some readily going over the £1000 mark. But what are some of the most expensive high tops available right now? Well let’s take a look and see which styles this season will be making your bank manager run for cover.
Royaums Limited Edition Python Sneakers
First on the list is a spectacular pair of Royaums high tops in luxurious Python skin in a multi coloured scheme of brown, blue, yellow and pink. Additionally sporting a glow in the dark rubber sole for those evening outings. They are exclusively available from Luisaviaroma in limited quantities.
Fendi Monster Eyes High Top
With high prices comes outlandish designs, and with this pair, Fendi is unsurpassed with one of the more stranger designs of the season. A cross between a sports shoe and a creature escaping from a forbidden crypt. Featuring their oft used trademark eye design combined with ponyskin, spiked studs and fur trims, this pair contains a multitude of eclectic parts to create one very monstrous whole.
Buscemi 125mm Screw Leather High Top
Fashion Runway recently featured this new brand of the moment, Buscemi. But with a price tag that is 2nd highest on our list, we could not leave out this striking pair of shoes. An all black colour with gold studding around the ankle and not forgetting their padlock detailing.
Berluti Playtime Burnished Leather High Top
An amalgamation of formal footwear and casual sneakers, the Paris based brand Berluti has combined the 2 almost seamlessly for a sneaker that will get its fair share of admirers, especially with its classic brown burnished leather look.
Boris Bidjan Saberi Dirty Nappa Leather High Top
With a very high ankle design and a purposely dirty nappa effect, this pair of high tops is one of the more stylish without pushing the boundries too far. From the relatively young designer Boris Bidjan Saberi, hailing from Barcelona, these sneakers would be a welcomed addition to any fashionistas armoury.
Versace Medusa High Top
One of the most renowned fashion houses dips their feet into the sneaker foray, all in black with gold hardware with a massive centre piece on the front of their Medusa head logo. Passersby will stop in their tracks like stone, as they cast their eyes upon your footwear, as if their gaze was met with the Greek Gorgon.
A Diciannoveventitre Washed Leather High Top Sneakers
One of the more puzzling high priced sneakers, a simple pair in a plain off white colour. For its price point, the brand has taken the unique approach of playing down its expensive tag. Still, it has a very effective design and is hand crafted in Italy giving it extra character unlike many other trainers of its ilk.
Raf Simons High Top Sneakers
The final pair in our line up is from the Belgian fashion house, Raf Simons, in a bold black with a stand out vibrant red eyelet for the laces. This AW15-16 pair have a futuristic vibe unlike any other, definitely making them one of the more standout pieces for your feet of the moment.

CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN SHOES
10 Reasons Why Christian Louboutin Shoes Are Worth the Money
By now, we all know the name and we can spot a signature red bottom a mile away, and deservedly so--Christian Louboutin shoes are held in high regard in the luxury footwear market. The brand has millions of diehard fans who return again and again, and any Louboutin convert can tell you why they love the signature shoes. If you're thinking of joining that group and making your first Christian Louboutin purchase, we're here to help convince you with a few reasons of our own.
1 / 10
1. LOUBOUTINS ELEVATE ANY OUTFIT.
Christian Louboutin shoes are so distinct that they immediately add polish and personality to basically anything you're wearing. Fashionable sweatpants? You bet. Skinny jeans? Absolutely. Dresses? Duh. Need I say more?
2 / 10
2. TRENDS COME AND GO, BUT RED BOTTOMS ARE FOREVER.
The brand's sustained popularity proves Louboutins aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Louboutin revolutionized the luxury footwear market back in the early 1990s by painting the bottom of his footwear with red lacquer, and in the intervening decades, no other brand has found such a distinctive way to mark its shoes.
3 / 10
3. THE PRICES ARE ONLY GOING UP, SO YOU MAY AS WELL BITE THE BULLET NOW.
Like anything in the luxury market, prices are rising. If you dream of owning your own pair of Louboutins, doing it now will likely save you a few bucks over dithering for another year. Back in my TalkShoes days, I fell victim to the fluctuating prices. I yearned for a pair of black patent leather So Kates, and when I finally splurged, had increased from $625 to $675 in the few months I waited. Learn from my mistakes: if you're yearning for a pair of red bottoms, buy them sooner rather than later.
4 / 10
4. LOUBOUTIN PUMPS ARE UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE YOU'LL OWN.
Christian Louboutin's attention to detail is the best in the footwear business. The brand's seasonal shoes are works of art, and its classics are luxe and elegant. Louboutin experiments with everything from chains and spikes to exotic materials like python and snakeskin, and somehow, makes it all comes together in the sexiest, most sophisticated way.
5 / 10
5. LOUBOUTINS DON'T NEED AN INTRODUCTION.
The brand's shoes are ubiquitous, but in a good way. There's a high standard of craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail that comes with the name Louboutin, and every time you slip your foot into a pair, you know what you're getting. Not only that, but you also let everyone else know you have great taste.
6 / 10
6. THEY MAKE FOR A GREAT INSTAGRAM PICTURE.
Okay, this may not be the most practical reason to drop $600+ dollars on a shoe, but doing it for the 'gram (at least in part) isn't something we'd fault you for. You can join the community of other loyal Louboutin consumers with the hashtag, #LouboutinWorld, all while spicing up your own Instagram. Win-win.
7 / 10
7. WALKING IN HEELS IS A WORKOUT (SORT OF).
Coming from someone who owns several pairs of the brand's 120mm stilettos (three pairs, to be exact), I know all too well that it's as much a balancing act as it is a workout. You may not be able to skip leg day at the gym, but you'll for sure find a few muscles you didn't know you had.
8 / 10
8. LOUBOUTINS WILL ALWAYS FIT, NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL
Just remember, Louboutins are the perfect pick-me-up, no matter what.
9 / 10
9. WEARING RED BOTTOMS IS AN INSTANT MOOD-ELEVATOR.
Wearing something you feel great in is an instant boost for almost anyone, and Louboutins are so polished and perfect that a little endorphin rush is practically guaranteed.
10 / 10
10. BOTTOM LINE: LOUBOUTIN SHOES ARE SIMPLY STUNNING.
If this hasn't proved that you need a pair of your own red bottoms, I don't know what will. Owning a pair of Louboutins that you can cherish forever is what makes the splurge worth it. Sometimes, you just want to feel a little fancy.

The 15 Most Expensive Shoes You Can Buy Right Now
It's that time of year when tax refunds start showing up for the early birds out there, and we know the feeing all too well of money burning a hole in our pockets. If you're lucky enough, your extra funds may even cover some of this season's most expensive footwear (and if they covers more than that, we need to start going to your accountant). In our search for the Internet's most luxe shoes, we found everything from thigh-high boots to sneakers with prices that reached way above $4,000; even one designer found its way onto this list twice!
I've been writing about footwear for almost three years now, and I am still flabbergasted when I see prices climb into the upper thousands. While shoes won't quite reach the astronomical price points of this season'smost expensive handbags, it's still intriguing to see how embellishments add up to these colossal price tags.
In most cases with handbags, exotic materials like crocodile and python are the explanation for the staggering, five-digit price tags, more so than embellishments. However, when it comes to some of the most expensive shoes on the Internet right now, the latter is to blame. The embellishments are often hand-placed and the embroidering and beading are often hand-stitched, and that means high prices.
